Episode 31: Hydration

Recipe: Chia Seed Pudding

The human body is made of 75% water. Every cellular function and process is fueled by water. So when we lack proper hydration, SO MANY things can go wrong!

Joint pain? Body pain? Headaches? Heartburn? Cramping? Inflammation? Fatigue? Digestive issues?

We have a secret magical solution… WATER! 💦 🤫

This is so obvious, yet so many of us live in a state of chronic dehydration.

And no doctors are prescribing it, because it’s FREE! 💰

Coffee ☕️ ’til Cocktails 🍸 sounds all fun and good. But over time, this way of life is detrimental to our health and well being. It’s imperative that water makes it’s way into our every day.

If you’re drinking coffee, tea, soda, cocktails… your water intake should increase even more.

So just how much water should we be drinking?

  1. Ladies,
You are admittedly magical, but how in the heck did you fit 3 cups of nut milk into a pint size jar? I’m going to try a modification and use 2 cups instead. 😃

    1. Valerie you are so right. We used less to start and thought it was way too thick so kept adding more liquid. But at that point had transferred around into other jars. Oops. I will fix the recipe to say use a quart sized jar. 🙂
